- NEW- Monthly Coffee Morning at Hops and Grounds in St Mary's Walk, Hailsham. Meet at 10:30 on the first Thursday of the month.
Bowling returns! Come and join us. Ten Pin Bowling will return for the winter season on 1 October 2025. If you haven’t been before and would like to join us then please let Gordon know on 01323 449256. We bowl from 10 am to 12 noon. It's fun and suitable for beginners. The dates are: 1st October, 12th November and 9th December at Hailsham Leisure Centre. Please meet us in the cafe area at 9:45am to pay the £6 fee and, perhaps, order a coffee.
Wednesday 10th December This year's Christmas Lunch will be at The Green Man, Ringmer. Arrive at 12noon - 12:30pm. See latest club email for precise details. Complete Gordon's slip and pay before 31st October.
Thursday 1st January New Year's Day Social at The Charles Hunt Centre. Short walk, for those who would like to have some fresh air before the event, starting at The Charles Hunt Centre at 10:30am. Arrive for the lunch at 12 noon which will be soup, bread, butter, tea, coffee and a mince pie. £2 each. Pay on the day. No need to book. Raffle and quizzes. Expect to finish around 3pm.

Here are some of our latest photos: the Strollers' recent walk in Parkwood; the Intermediate Walkers are photographed in the pretty churchyard in Hellingly; the long walkers visiting Laughton Place on the marshes; the Strollers on the Cuckoo Trail and a group of us are spotted enjoying a well-earned drink at The Horse and Groom, Rushlake Green, after an undulating walk on the High Weald.
